Reading Rainbow, Almost

I love books. My favorites are memoirs, non-fiction, and usually fiction books that become major motion films. I grew up on Reading Rainbow and have loved to read since childhood. This led to the love of writing. I mostly write poetry. I would love to develop more skills in writing something longer than poetry. I reside in my hometown, Southwestern Virginia with my 2 gorgeous daughters. Other hobbies include swimming, hiking, rock climbing, music, and photography.
